Purchasing From Our Site

Any bookings made for accommodation are subject to separate Terms & Conditions that will be displayed at the time of booking. You will not be able to continue with the booking until you have accepted these.

Any order for goods placed by you constitutes an offer to buy those goods at the price shown. We will then send you a confirmation of that order, but your offer is not accepted until we either send a further e-mail confirming that we have dispatched the goods, or dispatch the goods to you (whichever is the earlier). There is no contract between VisitBlackpool and you until we either send this second e-mail or dispatch the goods (whichever is the earlier), we are not obliged to accept any order until that time. Occasionally prices are shown on the website in error. If an error is discovered before the goods are dispatched, we are therefore entitled to refuse to accept any order for the goods at that price, and to contact you to offer the goods at the correct price.

You may cancel your order (excluding, theatre or event tickets) in writing within 7 working days after receipt of the goods. All goods are to be returned to us unused and within 30 days of cancellation. Your account will then be credited immediately on receipt of these. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us, unless the item was delivered to you in error or was faulty. However, if the goods have not been returned to us within 30 days, we may charge a fee to collect the goods from you. This fee will be deducted from the refund.

In order to facilitate any bookings made through the site VisitBlackpool will pass your details to the accommodation provider for the purpose of confirmation and the establishment may contact you directly.

VisitBlackpool does not store any credit card information that you supply. All transactions are handled using a Secure Socket Layer (SSL), which encrypts the information you supply. However, you should be aware that the Internet is not a fully secure facility.
