Grundy Art Gallery is FREE to visit.
It is a beacon for contemporary art with a national and international reputation for quality and ambition. It presents a year round programme of contemporary art exhibitions and events that feature the work of established as well as emerging artists from the UK and beyond, and a FREE to attend programme of workshops, tours and talks. Grundy Art Gallery’s permanent collection which includes over 2000 items of oil paintings, watercolours, drawing, sculpture, new media works and light art, are shown throughout the year as part of Grundy’s temporary exhibition programme.
Grundy Art Gallery also has a well-stocked shop including greetings card, art prints, contemporary art books, and a range of Grundy branded items including Tote bags, mugs and tea towels.
GRUNDY ART GALLERY is OPEN from Tuesday – Saturday from 10am – 4.45pm (Last Entry 4.20pm). CLOSED Sundays, Mondays and Bank Holidays.
GRUNDY ART GALLERY is CLOSED in between exhibitions for changeover.
