Sandcastle Waterpark will re-open on 25 July

Sandcastle Waterpark have been awarded the Visit England “We’re good to go” Industry Standard. This confirms that they meets the Government and Public Health Guidance on COVID-19 measures being in place to ensure a safe visit for their Guests.

They will throw open their doors to the public from Saturday 25 July. If you are planning a visit, please make sure you book a session online first. You can visit the website to book here.

Sandcastle Waterpark’s commitment to your safety means they have implement the below measures:

• Enhanced cleaning regimes are in place throughout our Waterpark including all public areas, Changing Village and on our slides and attractions.

• Hand sanitisation stations are located throughout the building and Waterpark for you to use.

• Social distancing measures are in place throughout our building.

• Increased air ventilation within our Waterpark.

• All of our team members have received training in COVID-19 measures.

• Contactless payment systems are in operation including our free Splash Cash facility.

• Order food at our catering outlets and collect from our Food Collection points.

• Guests are required to book their visit online, in advance.

• Perspex screens have been installed at our counter.
