Jason Manford Returns Following Sell-Out Demand

by Visit Blackpool
After a sell-out performance at the Blackpool Grand Theatre in January, Jason Manford is set to return to Blackpool on Saturday 10 May. This event is for one night only, and will see Manford bring back his current tour First World Problems which proved so successful when he played to rapturous crowds in January.
As always, the show promises to feature a wealth of anecdotes, comic misunderstandings and chirpy audience banter, delivered with Manford’s trademark charm and teasingly intelligent wit. Due to incredible demand, Jason Manford is on his way to the Fylde Coast again this May, offering those who missed out in January the chance to catch the show again.
The QI and Big Fat Quiz Of The Year regular has plenty of new experiences to entertain audiences with, such as appearing on ITV1’s Born To Shine, where he discovered a talent for opera-singing, even joining Fleetwood’s own Alfie Boe on tour. Prior to this, Manford also had a well-received run on London’s West End, starring alongside Michael Ball and Imelda Staunton in the hit musical Sweeney Todd.
Remarking on his recent ventures, Manford said: “Some of you might think I’ve had a career change what with all the opera and musical theatre I’ve been doing lately. Not a chance, I’m excited to be getting back to what I really love the most – stand up!”
After such a hugely popular reception in January, the Grand Theatre, Blackpool are excited to welcome Jason Manford and his First World Problems tour back to entertain eager crowds again with his distinctive and charming brand of northern humour.
