See a loved ones face light up this festive season by featuring them in the world famous Blackpool Illuminations.

You, a friend, family member, or even your pet, could star in Blackpool’s magical Illuminations, in the Headlights 2014 display. For 73 nights, the face you submit will keep the resort aglow from Friday 29 August to Sunday 9 November 2014 .

Blackpool Illuminations have a limited number of spaces available, for just £49.99, so book now to avoid disappointment.

Councillor Graham Cain, Cabinet Member for Tourism and Culture, said: “Surprise a family member or friend this Christmas with a unique gift. Your Headlight will feature in the 102nd Illuminations display, seen by more than 3 million visitors each year.

If you would like to keep your image after the display we can send it to you for an additional £9.99, which will make a great souvenir to treasure.

Your image will be displayed in the 2014 Headlights feature located on the cliffs section (opposite the old Miners Home) on Blackpool’s Promenade. Order now and we will send you a Christmas gift card to give to your loved one.

Images need to be a head and shoulders shot. We will accept digital images by email (minimum of 3mega pixels) or photographs (min 10”x8”) by post. We will then apply our colourising special effects to your image.
