IN FOR A FURR-IGHT AT BLACKPOOL ZOO!
19 October 2015
by Visit Blackpool
Everything from pumpkin carving, Halloween trails and animal-handling sessions at the Children’s Farm to the spine-tingling chance to meet the creepy crawlies will be taking place from Saturday 24th October until Sunday 1st November.
To celebrate the scariest day of the year, little pumpkins can also meet and greet the zoo’s family of sealions, hand feed a giraffe or even fly an owl!
Jude Rothwell, PR and Marketing Co-ordinator at Blackpool Zoo, said: “October half term is always a firm favourite at Blackpool Zoo as there is something for the whole family.
“Pumpkin carving is set to be a hit with our visitors this year and we can’t wait to see everyone’s creations.
“We’re really looking forward to welcoming everyone to the zoo this Halloween as we celebrate our annual spooktacular.”
