Have a Haunted Half-Term Halloween At Blackpool Pleasure Beach!

Ghastly screams and fright night thrills await you at Vampire Pleasure Beach this Halloween!

Get ready for the fright of your life as the UK’s No 1 amusement park* turns blood red on October 31 as scary souls make the 42-acre attraction their home.

For nine nights of the half-term holiday, there will be a frightening theme throughout the attraction with a Horror Maze open, pumpkins appearing across the park and spooky music throughout. It’s set to be a “Thriller!”

Guests can take on white-knuckle rides like the Big One, the UK’s tallest roller coaster, or have their senses spinned on Infusion and explore the fiery fantasy landscape of the Vikings in one of the world’s biggest dark rides, Valhalla. For the little monsters there are the thrills and spills of 12 amazing rides in Nickelodeon Land to enjoy – but you still won’t escape the zombies.

X Factor finalists Kingsland Road and Janet Devlin are just a few of the great acts that will be playing on the Fright Night stage opposite Wallace & Gromit’s Thrill-O-Matic ride.

All guests arriving in Halloween costume will receive a free blood-red cocktail upon arrival at the attraction and the chance to win a Platinum Pass for the 2015 season when they enter the Halloween Fancy Dress competition, judged by Blackpool Pleasure Beach Managing Director, Amanda Thompson OBE. Under 12s need to head to Nickelodeon Land at 5.30pm for a chance to win, while over 12s should head to the Fright Night Stage for their chance to win.

Characters SpongeBob SquarePants, Dora the Explorer and their pals will be on hand to make sure the frights are kept away for the family, while there will be tricks and treats for all youngsters at the UK’s only Nick Shop.

There’s also a triple treat in store with a Pleasure Beach wristband, a ticket to the horrors of Pasaje del Terror and a seat at The Circus of Horrors at The Globe on October 31st for just £35 when booked online in advance at www.vampirepleasurebeach.com

Vampire Pleasure Beach wristbands are available from 4pm and can be booked online for £18 in advance or £22 on the gate. Blackpool Pleasure Beach will be open until 10pm; guests who already have a wristband for the day are welcome to enjoy the rest of the events taking place this Halloween.
