Tim Vine is Coming to Blackpool!
20 October 2017
by Visit Blackpool
Fire up your dongles and back-up your 3-pin memory spanners, Tim Vine is back and excited to announce that he is returning to Blackpool’s Grand Theatre with his brand new show Sunset Milk Idiot, for two nights only Wednesday 6 and Thursday 7 June 2018.
Tickets will sell fast, you have been warned!
He’ll be telling lots of silly new jokes, showing off new homemade props, singing some new daft ditties, and all with the appearance of confidence. The following subjects will be touched upon briefly: pixie football, ice cream and nibble feeders.
Come along, sit down, and laugh. The quantity won't let up. This is comedy without a message. What an odd person. What a lot of nonsense. What else is he going to do?
Tim says, 'Sunsets are in the sky, milk's nice, and I’m an idiot.'
Tim Vine made his first real attempts at stand-up comedy in 1991 at the Comedy Café in London. He began to attend the New Act competition nights regularly. While continuing to attend the café, he started to do numerous open spots in other clubs throughout 1992.
In 2004, he broke the Guinness world record for the most jokes told in an hour (499).
TV appearances include award-winning sitcom ‘Not Going Out’, Live at the Apollo, Q.I and for Comic Relief he appeared on ‘Fame Academy’.
Dates and Time: Wednesday, 6th and Thursday, 7th June 2018 at 20:00.
Tickets: £26.50
