Tiger Bills are thrilled to announce that its neighbourhood dining restaurant brand, Tiger Bills, is to open at Blackpool Pleasure Beach on the 16th of June 2014. The restaurant will be situated on the ground floor of the art deco Casino Building, with views of the iconic Promenade. The new Tiger Bills has been designed with a look and feel that is inspired by the best of Western and Asian cultures, perfectly complementing the menu, which combines brilliant Western grill and authentic Thai street food.
The new eatery will be open all year round for residents and visitors to the seaside resort. The Tiger Bills menu has been developed to offer a dish for every age, budget and taste. Alongside authentic Thai soups, stir fries and delicious curries sit huge racks of ribs, steaks and ever-popular burgers. For those with a sweet tooth, there are pancakes and special recipe sundaes. As well as a fine selection of teas and coffees, Tiger Bills serves up a mean selection of non- and alcoholic cocktails.
James Eyre, Chief Executive of The Lifestyle Hospitality Group said: “We are delighted to be taking our Tiger Bills brand to Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Tiger Bills will offer local residents, holiday-makers and fun-seekers alike a dining experience like no other. It complements the world-famous Pleasure Beach and its visitors perfectly, catering for everyone from families with young children to cocktail connoisseurs!”
Managing Director of Blackpool Pleasure Beach, Amanda Thompson OBE, and her brother, Nick, Deputy Managing Director, said they were delighted one of the UK’s most popular restaurants would be working with the UK’s most popular amusement park. They added: “The attraction is delighted to be working with Tiger Bills and opening the North West’s first restaurant in the former Grill restaurant.
“We are sure this exciting new restaurant will be a hit with our guests, residents and holiday-makers who visit
Blackpool throughout the year. Tiger Bills offers a totally new dining experience and complements the food
offering we already have here at Pleasure Beach.”
