Prezzo moves into Blackpool

Italian restaurant Prezzo is opening in Blackpool on Wednesday November 11.

The new restaurant, which has cost £700,000 to develop is opening in Houndshill Shopping Centre, Victoria Street.

A total of 15 new jobs have been created at the restaurant, which will be managed by David Kraus.

Prezzo will serve popular and innovative Italian food, including a fantastic range of pizza, pasta, salads, calzone, risotto and grills.

Additionally it will offer an excellent choice of desserts and drinks and also feature a children’s menu.

Prezzo will have seating for 102 guests; 82 in the main restaurant and 20 in an outside area.

The restaurant will have a contemporary look with an emphasis on it being very light.

The pizza oven will be visible to guests, and they will be able to see their pizzas being prepared by the chefs.

It will feature a separate bar with a seating area, where guests can enjoy a drink before their meal.

David said: “Myself and my staff are looking forward to opening our new restaurant.

“I am confident that it will prove popular and be a great addition to Blackpool’s social and eating out scene.

Prezzo will be open from 12 noon until 11pm throughout the week.
