Free entry to Madame Tussauds Blackpool for emergency services heroes 6 September 2019 by Visit Blackpool FROM Emergency Services Day (9th September) until 20th October Madame Tussauds Blackpool is offering FREE entry to anyone who works in the emergency services. The attraction is also offering two for one tickets for up to four family members who accompany the 999 worker to meet the stars (in wax form). All of those who upon entry can display a Blue Light Card or relevant I.D to prove that they work for the police, fire, ambulance or coastguard services are eligible for the offer. Madame Tussauds Blackpool has launched the deal to celebrate Emergency Services Day and to reward the dedicated indiviudals who staff Britain’s 999 response units. These hardworking team members will find themselves faced with heroes of a different type all together when visiting the attraction’s MARVEL SUPER HEROES area, which is home to characters including Captain America, Thor, IronMan, Spider-Man, Hulk and more. Matthew Titherington, general manager at Madame Tussauds Blackpool said: “The work our emergency services do is phenomenal and we want to honour them for their service by allowing them to enjoy the attraction free-of-charge. “It also provides an opportunity for our wax super heroes in the Marvel area to come face-to-face with Britain’s 999 heroes, who do so much for our communities everyday.” For more information on Madame Tussauds Blackpool, please visit: www.madametussauds.com/blackpool.
