Operating in an industry that targets mainly the younger generation, we seriously value the opinions and satisfaction of our customers, we encourage customer-feedback through our social media channels and we thrive off keeping customer engagement by adding new features to the park with the latest addition - the Caving System coming May 2018. We feel the business is unique in terms of our approach to launching the business, the success of the business to date, the employment opportunities we have provided to the area, our innovative marketing schemes and effective use of technology, our high standards and focus on customer service, the landmark achievements to date, the parks energy efficiency and the values that we abide by in terms of operating to the customer’s needs, the needs of the business and the local area needs. We feel as though we played a huge part in helping tourism grow in the Blackpool area and Lancashire as-a-whole. Everybody knows Blackpool is a fantastic tourist destination and the attraction we have built has played a big role in keeping tourists happy since we opened especially during the summer holidays, providing a different and unique experience. As a business, we work closely with the community by encouraging and developing children from local schools by offering reward scheme incentives such as the ‘Golden Ticket’ and also offering Work Experience Placement opportunities for School and College Students.”
